Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship across Europe: all EU countries, the United Kingdom, and Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Andorra, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican City, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, Moldova and Kosovo. We do not currently ship outside these countries.

Production and delivery times

• Production: 2 to 5 business days. Most of our products are printed to order.
• EU and United Kingdom: 5 to 8 business days after production.
• Other European countries (for example Switzerland and Norway): 8 to 12 business days after production.

Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during busy periods such as Christmas.

Shipping costs

• EU and United Kingdom: €4.99. Free for orders of €60 or more.
• Other European countries: €9.99.

The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Several parcels

Items in the same order may be produced in different places and sent in separate parcels, so they may arrive on different days.

Customs, import VAT and duties

Orders to countries outside the EU (including the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway) may be subject to import VAT, customs duties or handling fees charged by the carrier or customs authority. These are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility.

Address and tracking

Please check your delivery address carefully before paying. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address. Where available, we send tracking information by email once your order ships.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, email us at store@xiximuno.com with your order number and, if damaged, photos. We will resolve it as set out in our returns policy.
